SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The end-customer service offered is the most important for any wireless network. For Public and Private Networks (including ONGO or shared networks) we can offer easy-to-use solutions that can monitor and report the offered wireless service on any technology (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Sigfox, LoRa etc...)

For IoT we can monitor the received coverage and quality per device regardless of the number of devices. Our solution can also be used to capture alarms if generated by the device. Hence our solution can provide the following:

Meter report availability/performance:
  • For each meter or groups of meters a report will be created
  • Reports are Ad-hoc or configurable on timing interval
  • Real-time dashboards are available
  • KPI's including aggregations (e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

  • Serving cell identifier (CellID, PCI, other)
  • List of surrounding neighbor cells
